Urgent Notice Re. Portlaoise County Registrar Sitting on 1st April 2022.
Kindly note that the sitting of the County Registrar's family law motion list, civil motion list and case progression list scheduled for Friday 1st April 2022 in Portlaoise Courthouse has now been postponed to Friday 8th April 2022 at 10.30am in Portlaoise Courthouse.
In the meantime, if any of the parties to these motions or case progressions have agreed to an adjournment or have agreed to the terms of a motion, the parties should email me at jamesseymour@courts.ie advising me of the terms of the consent or the adjournment and I will make the necessary order without the need for the parties to attend at Court on 8th April next.
Any outstanding motions or case progressions will be heard at 10.30am on Friday 8th April 2022.
